Interférence de Veolia dans Pomerleau :
Lors des discussions entre Pomerleau (PML) et CSM, PB c’est rencontré sans nous avisé avec le CHUM afin de discuter la collaboration de PML dans la finalisation des travaux de la phase 0 (voir mail RENCONTRE POMERLEAU-VEOLIA et le CHUM). Il faut savoir que nous étions avec des avis de terminaison du CHUM ; ProjectCo et le CHUM été en train d’analyser s’ils allaient substitué CSM. Pour CSM introduire à PML supposait un grand risque.

In discussions between Pomerleau (PML) and CSM, PB is met without us informed with the CHUM to discuss the collaboration of PML in finalizing work on Phase 0 (see email MEETING POMERLEAU- VEOLIA and CHUM). You should know that we were with CHUM termination notice; ProjectCo and the CHUM was currently analyzing if they were substituted CSM. CSM introduce PML assumed great risk.
